UNIFIED BY THE INTO THE STORM MINDSET

Buffalo have been observed to handle storms differently than any other creature. They instinctively turn towards the storm, charging into and through it, knowing that even if uncomfortable or downright painful at first, they’ll reach better weather faster by facing it head on.

Contrast this with how cows react to a storm, standing in place, hiding, or moving in the opposite direction. If you’ve driven east on the freeway during a storm, you can probably relate to what cows experience, it’s as if the storm is chasing you, prolonging your time in pain.

In our experience, those who avoid their challenges never really break through to new levels of performance or results, while those who charge through their proverbial storms often achieve better outcomes faster.

That’s why the buffalo is our mascot. Into The Storm is a metaphor for courageous leadership, something we believe to be at the center of the healthiest cultures. It is a mindset, something powerful that we are determined to share with as many people as possible.

An Anti-Consultant Approach and a Pretty Big Promise

We never want clients to feel locked in to something if their needs change and are committed to operating how we’d want an outside party to partner with us. No contracts or retainers, a session-day pricing model, cancel anytime.

Client invoices aren't due until the end of a scheduled session-day. If you don’t see value, don’t pay us a dime and don’t move forward. It’s that simple.
